This is a student-run business. It is a silk-screening, T-shirt business where the students learn business skills, as well as skills that enable them to develop a business plan and then implement that plan. They learn the trade and make shirts for a wide variety of customers. They are able to bank “hours” that will eventually be converted into incentives, allowing them to purchase various items for themselves and others. This program has assisted many teens in developing maturity and understanding what it takes to “make it” in the real world. Good leaders are graduates of this business each year.
